Party Decoration Service

terms & condition : 

1. Full payment should made to confirm booking.

2. Please note that the full payment made for event decorations is entirely non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

3. Following your order confirmation, an additional security deposit of RM 150 will be required.

4. This security deposit will be fully refundable, provided that all props are returned in good condition and without excessive dirtiness during the dismantling process. While all props supplied during setup will be collected upon dismantling, except balloons.

5. Your security deposit will be processed for refund within 48 hours after checkout.

6. Our Management team reserves the right to deduct or confiscate the security deposit if there are any loses, damages and/or soiling of the products upon dismantle.

7. Customers will have the full responsibility for any damages or loses of the props.
